Chetta intelligentsia hypocrisy

Last week one Mallalaym gentleman,living in Bangalore,with Covid released a relatively slickly edited and suitably added subtitle short video blaming the usual default names and asking the Indian army take over the country and save from fascism. This prompted a few whatspp chats between me and one of my close friends.

That prompted this story

Hope he recoveres soon and wishing him a speedy recovery . Looks like he is in a good hospital in Bangalore already.

But some critical points

• on the look of it this is a doctored and tutored video to score political points during a once in century pandemic
• typical Mallu inteliigentia duplicity and arrogance that we r the best
• we r proud of 100% literacy and best HDI index but all of us migrate to Bangalore to study and get jobs else move to Gelf for some menial job ( even our movies r titled as “Bangalore days” – Picked this from the interview of the director of the movie “Bangalore days “ )
• it’s state with so little industry – apart form spice, seafood and tourism-all due to geography than any due to the super intelligent race from the state.
• Kerala’s GST contribution is less than that of Jharkhand (proxy for state GDP comparison)
• again this person aged around 44–50 is in Bangalore for long ( he can speak Kannada so well. and also Hindi).
• I m sure he is well educated from some reputed university- he still has civics knowledge of a sixth grader ( my second son knows who manages hospital in Bangalore – state government or central government )
• he is again being duplicious and making smart ass comments like army should come and rescue the nation
• I m 200 % sure he hates BJP to the core and must be ardent Supporter of CPIM
• video has been purposefully done with opening subtitles etc. to embarrass and to be used in the next motivated campaign
